Hi there. Still pretty jazzed on this Art Rage program. It’s pretty interesting to see how the paint behaves here – from what my experienced traditional painting friends have said, it’s a fairly good model of how real paint works . Kind of a wake up call as to how easy it is to get the color you are after in Photoshop. On the other hand, in Photoshop you don’t seem to get those accidental color shifts and specks that this “real paint” stuff does….

Howdy there; here’s another quick Art Rage sketch. Have I mentioned I really like this program? I can’t wait to try it with a tablet PC…

Here is a sketch done quickly in Art Rage using the pencil tool and colored in Photoshop. Not really a concept design for anything… I really like the way the pencils and paint feel in this program.
